Eventus is a wedding planning platform designed to help couples plan, organize, and manage their wedding in one place. From budgeting and guest lists to connecting with trusted vendors, Eventus simplifies the entire planning process.
2. Is Eventus free to use for couples?
Yes. Creating an account and using most planning tools is free for couples. Some premium features or paid services from vendors may attract additional fees, which will always be clearly disclosed.
3. Can I book vendors directly on Eventus?
Yes. You can discover, compare, and contact vendors on Eventus. In some cases, you may also be able to make payments through the platform. Any agreement for services is strictly between you and the vendor.
4. Does Eventus guarantee vendor services?
No. Eventus provides a marketplace to connect couples with vendors but does not directly provide wedding services. We are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or outcome of any vendor's services.
5. Can I manage multiple events or ceremonies?
Yes. Eventus supports planning for multiple events such as engagement ceremonies, traditional weddings, white weddings, and receptions—all within one account.
6. How does Eventus support cultural wedding planning?
Eventus includes features that allow couples to plan cultural elements such as Aso Ebi coordination, dowry requirements, family lists, and multiple ceremonial stages common in Nigerian and African weddings.
7. What happens if I have a dispute with a vendor?
We encourage couples and vendors to resolve issues directly. If a dispute arises, Eventus may offer guidance, but we are not a party to vendor contracts. Disputes should be handled according to the agreement between both parties.
For Vendors
8. How do I become a vendor on Eventus?
You can sign up as a vendor by creating an account and completing your business profile. Once approved, your services will be visible to couples on the platform.
9. Are there fees for vendors?
Yes. Eventus may charge vendors listing fees, subscription fees, or transaction commissions. All applicable fees will be clearly stated before you are billed.
10. How do I receive payments?
Where payment processing is enabled, couples can pay through Eventus using secure third-party payment providers. Payouts to vendors are made according to the platform's payment schedule and policies.
11. Can I communicate with couples on the platform?
Yes. Eventus provides built-in messaging and communication tools so you can discuss requirements, availability, and pricing directly with couples.
12. What are my responsibilities as a vendor?
Vendors are responsible for providing accurate information, complying with all applicable laws, and delivering services as agreed with couples. Eventus does not guarantee outcomes or manage service delivery.

13. Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Eventus does not store your full card or bank details.
14. How is my personal data used?
Your data is used to provide services, connect couples and vendors, process transactions, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
15. Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can request account deletion by contacting us at hello@eventus.cc. Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

16. Is Eventus available outside Nigeria?
Eventus is built with a focus on Nigerian weddings but may be accessible from other locations. Certain features, vendors, or payment options may be limited based on location.
